Thank you for purchasing your shipping container from Logistics-Resources.com.au. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every product you buy from us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
 

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for any reason, including:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Non-defective products (change of mind, wrong size/model, etc.)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as delivered

  • The item must include any original accessories, documentation, or components

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Non-defective returns:

  • The container should be in a sellable condition (no major damage beyond normal inspection for returns)

  • Products with excessive wear, misuse, or missing components may be subject to partial refund or return denial

Defective or damaged products:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the defect or damage

  • We will assess the issue and authorize the return

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window:

  • You may exchange for the same product or another available product

  • If the replacement product has a higher price, you will be invoiced for the difference

  • If the replacement has a lower price, the difference will be refunded

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected

4. Refund Policy (7 Business Days)

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated

Please Note:

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns

  • For defective or incorrect products, we will arrange and cover return shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos (if returning due to defect or damage)

Once approved, we will provide specific return instructions and authorization.
